How old do I have to be to reserve a room?
The Nantucket Inn and Suites in Wildwood caters to mature couples over the age of 25. If you need assistance finding lodging for guest under the age of 25 please call for assistance. We would be happy to refer you to a property that can accommodate guests under 25.
How close is the Nantucket from the boardwalk and beach?
We are located directly across the street from the Wildwood boardwalk and Wildwood's free beach.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is any time after 3 P.M. and before 10 P.M.
What is your pet policy?
We are not pet friendly and pets of any variety are never permitted.
Can I have visitors or guests stop by?
The amenities at the Nantucket are provided for registered guests only. Unregistered guests are never permitted on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave and will not receive any refunds for nights paid.
What is the parking situation like at the Nantucket Inn & Suites in Wildwood?
Once you check-in and register your vehicle, one parking tag will be issued. It must be displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked in our lot. Only one parking tag will be issued per room regardless of room size. Extra vehicles, trailers, jet skies and such are not permitted. All vehicles must be removed promptly once you check-out.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. However, if your room is ready we will be happy to allow you to check-in prior to 3 PM. You are welcome to pre-register and enjoy our property or go exploring while you are waiting.
Late check-outs are available for a fee in the off season and must be arranged with the front desk the evening prior to check-out and are based on availability. Late check-out options are generally not available during the peak travel times.
What is requested at the time of check-in?
The room balance is due and payable at the time of check-in. If you are paying by credit card the card holder must be present. The use of another person’s credit card is not accepted. An ATM is available in the lobby. Please bring photo id with you. You must register all the occupants of your room. The vehicle information.
Can I request a specific room, floor or location?
We will make every effort possible to accommodate specific requests, however rooms are guaranteed by room type (A-E) only, not by specific number or location.
Do you provide beach or pool towels?
We provided towels for in-room use only. Beach and pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.
Do you provide cot or crib rentals?
You can request a cot or crib upon check-in for an additional charge.

What are the office hours?
The office is open from 9 AM to 10PM daily. We are open for the season from April – October. We can be reached by phone or email year-round and we respond even outside of office hours.
How do I check in after 10 PM when the office is closed?
We encourage all guests to call or email notifying us of all arrivals after 6 PM. If arriving after 10 PM please call and we can make arrangements to welcome you.
